CID Curricula and Tools
For over 100 years, CID-Central Institute for the Deaf staff has developed educational methods and tools for teachers, speech-language pathologists and others who help children who are deaf and hard of hearing develop listening, spoken language and speech. We continue to refine our products and develop new tools that fit the changing landscape of new technologies and service delivery models.
CID curricula and tools are easy to use across different stages of development for a child. Our rating forms use the same marking system making it simple to move among tools to target different skills. In addition, we recognize your time is valuable which is why we’ve developed on-demand, online courses for you to learn from. Courses are available with ASHA and LSLS CEUs and can be viewed as a group. For more information on group pricing for online courses, click here.
Thank you for considering CID for resources to support your student with hearing loss. Our goal is to give you exactly what you need to help each child learn to listen, talk, read and succeed.
