Answers to a few of your questions from Kim:

1. The staff pictures are a different size and dimension than the other available images, so please do not choose them. You also do not want to choose a banner image. If you do this, it will be immediately evident. 

2. If you go to the blog you want on the PD page, you can copy the URL and place it in the box showing the link on the new site. Happy to walk you through this. 

3. Please follow CID style. Just a couple of reminders; 1. Always use dots instead of dashes in phone numbers. 2. Don’t use serial (Oxford) commas at all.
