Get Started

The CID family center and school serve children with hearing loss from birth through age 12. Their families typically live in or move to St. Louis, Missouri, southern Illinois and surrounding areas.

To assess whether CID is an appropriate placement for a particular child, we begin by gathering some basic information. Please contact the school principal Lynda Berkowitz, or submit as much information as you can using the form below. A member of our staff will contact you to talk about your child and arrange a tour of CID. If your child is under age 3, please contact our intake coordinator, Claire Soete.

Please complete this form.
